Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of product delivery.
Requests made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
You can request a return if:
You received a damaged product
The item has a color or size mismatch from what was ordered
The product is defective or not working
Accessories or parts are missing
You received the wrong product
The product is expired or nearing expiry (for consumables, if applicable)
Note: The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return shipping (based on product type).
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will either dispatch a replacement or process a refund.
If a replacement product is in stock, we will dispatch it at no extra cost.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days from approval.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Products returned without original packaging or invoice
Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items
Orders requested for return after 2 days from delivery
